Kingston’s first alternative fitness studio for the everyday woman who is looking to transform her body and mind through movement. We offer unique classes that leave our members feeling empowered, sexy, healthy, and happy when they leave our front doors.

Sensual Serenity encourages positive body image in a supportive, friendly, and nonjudgmental environment. We have fun, laugh hard, play even harder, and share in each other’s successes both on and off the studio floor.

Class Schedule

REGISTERED LESSONS

Registered Lessons are progressive training sessions with skills and choreography that continue to build each week.

LEVEL: All Levels.

TYPES: Dance Lessons and Specialty Pole Series.

LENGTH:  4-6 and 8 week sessions with a start and end date. ​

HOW TO JOIN:  Register for the entire course through the online registration tab. No drop-ins.

OPEN CLASSES

Open classes allow flexibility.  Students can arrange their training to fit their schedules.

LEVEL:  Levels vary. Each class description will specify participation level.

TYPES: Group Fitness Classes and Pole Dance Fitness from Beginner and up.  

LENGTH:  Open Classes have no start or end date. You can start at any time!

HOW TO JOIN:  Purchase a membership or drop-in class pass.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are one-time special events and each topic won’t come around often. 
Get in while you can! 

LEVEL: Varies from introductory to advanced levels.

TYPES: Pole Dance Fitness, Dance and Fitness.

LENGTH: 1 hour, 90 minute and 2 hour workshops available.   

HOW TO JOIN:  Purchase the single event.
